KOUMBAS HOLDINGS S.A. within the context of the deliberation of article 9 paragraph 5 of Law 3556/2007 and in order to calculate and define the limits of purchase or sale of considerable participations in the company by the shareholders or holders of voting rights, informs the investment community that the share capital of the company amounts to 10.526.760 euro, which is divided in 17.544.600 nominal shares with voting rights and nominal share value of 0,60 euro each.
